CURRENT VACANCIES AT ALPHA 3 MANUFACTURING - STOKE-ON-TRENT, STAFFORDSHIRE

Production Operatives
Description: As an Operative your job will be to accurately assemble components into high specification electronic cabling. This includes cable preparation through soldering and crimping techniques, cutting and stripping cable to correct measurements, heat shrinking using a heat gun and the use of test meters and other test equipment.

The successful candidate will have great attention to detail, good hand and eye coordination, plus a willingness to work and a good positive attitude.

This is a full-time, permanent position, with a regular fixed working pattern Monday to Thursday 8am - 4pm, Friday until 12 noon.

Inside Sales Agent
Description: The role function is primarily concerned with supporting customers with answers to their questions by creating formal quotes, answering technical queries, updating price lists and providing compliance information. Intelligence gained from direct customer interaction and active research will be used to plan new product introductions in collaboration with the Product Manager.

Production Engineer
Description: Day-to-day responsibility for improving the established manufacturing capability by incorporating methods of continuous improvement, providing technical expertise, diagnosing, and solving problems. Working with the Engineering team to keep assembly, manufacturing and packaging systems working smoothly and efficiently.

Administrator
Description: Our new team member will be involved in creating purchase orders, expediting orders with suppliers, chasing overdue orders to name just a few activities. To support with this, needs to have have good analytical, problem-solving skills, be a good communicator and listener.

Estimator
Description: This position is key in developing, evaluating and implementing pricing strategies and models based upon current business and competitive market dynamics. We are looking for someone passionate about research and analysis, enjoys gathering and processing information to ensure, we have competitive pricing within a competitive environment ensuring that our customer is at the heart of what we do.
