Technician Skill Sets

Tekdata has Operators trained using IPC 620 and graded at levels 1-5:

Level 1 - Foundation Skills (new starter)
Level 2 - Intermediate
Level 3 - Experienced
Level 4 - Technician
Level 5 - Team Leader

Product familiarisation

Tekdata run a series of in house seminars to familiarise staff with a number of issues, such as product familiarisation, computer skills, and systems and process skills.

Computer skills training

Tekdata depend upon good external training whether conducted on or off site to develop skills at levels within the business.

Courses may be specific such as Financial Management through to Mechanical handling.
