Cables (special) – Woven – Transmission line
VARi-Z: Tekdata’s original transmission line product combines micro/nano wiring to create wiring systems with a defined characteristic impedance for use with high speed signal transmission. The principle is to ‘surround’ a signal with ground wires in a linear fashion. The geometry of the wires creates the characteristics necessary.
- Compact. Miniature wiring systems – high packing densities. Significantly less than equivalent coax.
- Z0 from 45 to 150Ω.
