Flat woven cable offers the ideal format and structure to enable high flexing power wiring (80 amps) and screened data transmission cable to sit alongside one another in rotational cage allowing wiring to move spasmodically or continuously in a repeatable defined path.
- Prototype wiring harnesses produced using high flexing Silivolt E and Silivolt 2V (dual wall) used for the power wiring to allow a high level of flexibility.
- Power drop off at each joint using Tyco LS0H splices to ensure power continuity through unit.
