The four team leaders, Steve James, Karen Heath, Jenny Swindells and Steve McCarthy received their awards last June from Ernie Edwards, managing director at Tekdata.
They are the first group to successfully qualify as World Class Team Managers under the award offered by EMTA, one of the UK's leading award bodies specialising in the Engineering Sector.
