Environmental Credentials
Tekdata Interconnections Ltd. and its employees are fully committed to ensuring we comply with all legislation and operate in a manner which is environmentally friendly. For the past six years we have been actively involved in developing our environmental policies and procedures in line with best practice. In 2000 we became a part of the pilot group of companies who helped to develop the "Acorn Method" for a staged implementation of an Environmental Management System, gaining full accreditation to ISO 14001 in 2001. In partnership with our mentor company, Rolls Royce, we were the first SME to go through the complete Acorn process and gained Certificate No.1 at each of the stages.

As a direct result of having ISO 14001 accreditation Tekdata has been assessed by one of our key customers (TUS) as being "outstanding". This is a rating which is unachievable by suppliers who do not hold ISO 14001 certification.
